Job Description:
As a Right Security Guard, you are the face of our company — ensuring safety, enforcing site procedures, and responding to incidents with professionalism and vigilance. You will monitor access points, conduct patrols, and communicate regularly with clients and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas
  • Write accurate daily incident reports
  • Respond to emergencies calmly and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Enforce site rules and safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License (PSISA)
  • First Aid & CPR Certification (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and observation skills
  • Flexible availability (day, night, weekend shifts)
